Payment and Fees

How to pay

Fees are payable for each session and are due on the day of service. Payment can be made by direct debit or credit card. An invoice will be sent for each session.

Cost

Session fees are $235 (for a 50-60 minute session). GST is not charged on psychological services.

Funding: You may be able to access funding to access services. Please see below for further details.

Medicare

You may be able to access a rebate through Medicare if you have a valid referral. This can be discussed with your GP. A valid referral must be provided before your first session if you wish to claim a rebate. The available rebate with a valid MHTP referral is $98.95.

Private Health Insurance

You may be able to access a rebate if you have Private Health Insurance. Private Health rebates vary. Please check with your provider to confirm if you are covered and what the rebate might be. Private health and Medicare rebates may not be claimed for the same appointment.
NDIS

We accept self-managed and plan-managed NDIS clients. Sessions covered by an NDIS plan are charged at the current appropriate rate (currently $232.99).
