Often it can be hard to keep showing up as yourself! Or to even know what it means to be you. It’s hard when you keep getting knocked down and told who you are is wrong or not wanted.
Being an Authentic Warrior is about continuing to show up as who you want to be, despite the hardness (when it is safe).
Being an Authentic Warrior means looking after and nurturing yourself, even during the times it is not safe to unmask.
Authentic Warrior is a neurodivergent-affirming, inclusive telehealth psychology service; an ally to you, whoever you are.
Authentic Warrior acknowledge the Gundungurra and Ngunawal people as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we operate. We pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging, and acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded.
We also extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, recognising their ongoing connection to the land and that it always was and always will be, Aboriginal land.
