Di is an Autistic ADHDer psychologist with over 15 years experience.
Di’s neurodivergence was identified late in life and she has experienced the warrior’s journey of reappraising her past and reinventing her future as a result of this new and true identity.
Di has lived experience of some of the challenges resulting from navigating a world that was not designed for neurodivergent individuals like her.
Who Di works with:
Di enjoys working with women from the age of 18+. Di enjoys supporting women to understand who they are and how to live in line with their identity and values.
Di works with all neurotypes and has an interest in supporting newly identified or questioning Neurodivergent adults and young adults through their journey. This typically involves exploring their identity, honouring the journey of how they got there, and helping them to know how they wish to show up in the world moving forward.
She also has an interest in supporting adults and young adults in appropriately managing current functioning, stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout.

Di likes to work from a holistic perspective, stemming from her background in sport and exercise, where she considers the whole person, addressing the connection between mind and body.
